A cancer support group in north Belfast is hopeful of retaining its premises
despite needing to raise over £250,000 to buy them following strong backing
from Belfast City Council.
An Oscar nominee, a world-class musician, Israel’s longest serving president
and a leading punk band are just a few examples of the prominent people that
have all hailed from north Belfast.
With the start of the long summer holidays, most schools right across
Newtownabbey are likely to be vacant over the months of July and August.
This year’s Twelfth parade route in Belfast has been confirmed by the Orange
