A £10million investment at Belfast’s Park Centre is set to be completed this summer.
A new 9,000sq ft Woolworths store has just opened with other retailers in line to open their doors during the coming two months.
These additions mark the completion of a major phased renovation and expansion programme which included the full refurbishment of the original mall and a 35,000sq ft extension.
The upgrade has attracted many retailers into the centre including, Game, Bon Marche, New Look, Card Land and Peacock’s.
Park Centre manager Chris Newton said: “The £10million investment has brought a major programme of change and improvement at the Park Centre which has allowed us to attract important new tenants by providing the kind of high quality accommodation that leading retailers require.
“The Park Centre enjoys extremely strong fundamentals including unrivalled access to major arterial routes, a large catchment area and excellent car parking facilities.”
